Information we collect
When you use the contact form on our Contact Us page, we collect your full name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, and the message you send.
If you use the chat assistant on our website, we keep a record of the conversation, which is made up of the options you choose. To protect the service from misuse, we also keep basic technical details, such as your browser type and a coded form of your internet address that is removed after one day.
Please do not include sensitive information about your child, such as health or special educational needs details, in a website message. We will be glad to discuss these with you directly.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us only to respond to your enquiry, for example to answer your questions, arrange a visit or talk with you about a place for your child. We do not use website enquiries to send you marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up. Chat assistant conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Who can see it
Information sent through the website is stored with our website hosting provider and can be seen by authorised nursery staff and, where needed to maintain the website, by the company that supports it. We do not sell your personal information or share it with other organisations for their marketing.
Cookies and other services
Our website uses a small number of cookies that it needs to work, such as a cookie that keeps the contact form secure and, if you use the chat assistant, a cookie that lets it remember your conversation for up to 30 days. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Some parts of our pages come from other providers: fonts from Google Fonts, page components from public content-delivery networks, and, on the Contact Us page, an embedded Google map. When your browser loads these, the providers receive technical information such as your IP address, and Google may set its own cookies when the map is shown. If you choose to contact us through the WhatsApp link on our website, WhatsApp handles that conversation under its own terms. These providers' own privacy policies apply.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you have the right to:
